Robot system integrator in Augsburg – since 2004

MRK-Systeme GmbH is a robot system integrator for intelligent automation solutions in production and logistics. Since its foundation in 2004, the company has supported projects from feasibility assessment and concept development through simulation, electrical and mechanical design, and robot and PLC programming to assembly, commissioning and CE conformity. Depending on requirements, MRK-Systeme delivers turnkey systems or supports customers in specific project phases. MRK-Systeme has been a KUKA Certified System Integrator since 2004 and a Universal Robots Certified System Integrator since 2023. The company carries out projects in Germany, Austria and Switzerland as well as elsewhere in Europe.

A particular focus is on human-robot collaboration – which is also what the name MRK-Systeme stands for (MRK is the German abbreviation for human-robot collaboration). In addition to cobots, the company uses conventional industrial robots, for example as hand-guided manipulators for demanding handling tasks. Sensors and machine vision, including AI-based 3D recognition, open up further automation opportunities, for example in logistics, component recognition, quality assurance and bin picking. With technical expertise and close cooperation with its customers, MRK-Systeme develops solutions that support and stabilise processes and make them more economical.
